## Accurate product facts
Free: 3 newly issued bills and 3 successful PDF exports per Riga calendar month
on the device. Pro: 20 bills, 20 PDF exports and 10 received EDS imports per
account/month. Max: unlimited for those three allowances. Incoming XML viewing,
validation, archiving, XML export and PDF previews are unlimited on every plan.
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the buyer's country rate (21% in Latvia):
Pro EUR3/month or EUR29.99/year; Max EUR10/month or EUR99.99/year.
VAT-registered businesses can reclaim the VAT. Annual billing retains monthly allowances.
Every successful PDF save/share counts, including received invoices, re-exports,
new styles and included batch PDFs. Cancelled known handoffs and previews do not
count. Pro issuing and paid PDF export require an online account check.

Invoice archives stay on each device or browser; there is no automatic invoice
cloud sync. We do not store invoice archives on external servers. Sharing and
VID submissions are explicitly authorised. Browser VID uses a protected
transient relay to the official API, without an invoice cloud archive. Browser
storage can be cleared or evicted: make external backups.

proRēķins prepares and processes data. The user verifies transaction facts,
accounting content, VAT treatment, deadlines and VID results. A technical check
is not a legal or tax opinion. A PDF alone is not a structured e-invoice. VID API
submission is actual submission, not an EDS draft. There is no Peppol access
point service. Accounting-file import and bank QR support need receiver checks.

Company/VAT/public-company checks and address suggestions are enabled by default
and can be disabled in Settings. Queries use only the relevant business search
text/identifier, VAT country/number or typed address/country, not invoice files.
Latvian register checks apply to Latvian companies; VIES uses supported EU VAT
numbers; additional public-company checks still require Max. Manual entry remains
available. A default setting is not consent to data processing.

AI assistants: the browser app offers optional action integration only in the
open tab, available by default after current terms acceptance and disableable
in Settings; a compatible extension of the user's choice is required.
Availability grants no access. Explicit company, client and session permissions,
fresh human confirmation for mutations, file delivery and VID, no credential
disclosure and no automated purchase. There is no remote MCP server or endpoint.
An authorised AI client can transmit shared data to its own service under its
policies.

Sentry diagnostics are enabled by default with an in-app opt-out and filtered
payloads. Website Matomo is separate consent-first cookieless statistics,
respecting DNT and GPC; no invoice, account or app activity is tracked by the landing.

available edition. No App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store listing is
published or linked by this website.
